The beginning of Profile Laser
Kit Hill initially conceived Profile Laser at Fouch Electric Manufacturing Co., which used a laser cutting machine for its dedicated production purposes. Fouch created Profile Laser in 2011, offering laser cutting and engraving services to other customers as well as handling all of Fouch’s work.

Profile Laser takes a step forward
In 2014, Kit Hill transitioned to Profile Laser on a full-time basis, handling laser operation, production, sales, shipping/receiving, and deliveries. The Company quickly grew and boasted many designers, artists, fabrication companies, and manufacturers as customers. Starting with a Trumpf 1030 CO2-1000w laser, the Company now utilizes two CNC Trumpf fiber lasers (3000w and 4000w) and other pre-production and post-production equipment ranging from shearing to surface treatment and forming.

Profile Laser is purchased
At the end of 2021, Profile was purchased by the owners of Roy Manufacturing, a well-established metals and materials fabrication and perforation company. Roy and Profile Laser offer complementary fabrication capabilities and together they offer a full range of metal fabrication, perforation, and cutting capabilities to customers.

Profile Laser and Roy continue to grow and expand their capabilities, further increasing their reputation for expertise, quality of work, and customer service in manufacturing.
